Preparation for your scan

Pelvic and renal ultrasounds -

If you have been referred for either a pelvic or a renal scan you will be required to have a full bladder for this scan.

It is important that you drink enough water before the scan so that you feel full.

Please reach out to us if you think you will struggle with this or need to discuss strategies that may help you achieve a full bladder.
